SMART 360-DEGREE EVALUATION

A 360-degree evaluation is a process through which feedback from an employee's subordinates, colleagues, and supervisor(s), as well as a self-evaluation by the employee themselves is gathered. 360-degree evaluation addresses skills such as listening, planning and goal-setting. A 360-degree evaluation focuses on subjective areas such as teamwork, character, and leadership effectiveness.

• Streamlined, automated evaluation process. The entire questionnaire process is automated - once you enter the names and email addresses of the people who will receive questionnaire. Final Reports are delivered to you via email.
• You can add participants one at a time, or you can use our "bulk add" feature to upload an entire group of participants all at once.
• A few days before the questionnaire deadline, we send automatic reminders to candidates who have not finished the questionnaire survey.
• Monitoring progress. You can monitor the progress of participants to make sure they are getting their tasks completed on time.
• Based on the submitted questionnaires by all the participants reports can be generated and sent to you automatically via email. You can also log in and get reports yourself.
• Reports generated can be in Graphical as well as tabular form.
